Chatham Forest Apartments is a pet-friendly community.

Pet Policy Details:

• Maximum of two pets (including cats and dogs) per apartment
• $300 non-refundable pet fee due at move-in
• $20 per month per pet
• Restricted breeds include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bully, Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and any mixes of these breeds.
